By agreeing to participate in a product testing program, you agree to provide honest and unbiased feedback about the products you test. You may be required to complete surveys, submit written reviews, and/or provide photographic or video content. You also agree to follow any specific instructions or guidelines provided for each testing opportunity.

Your Experts Opinion and its brand partners may request the return of tested products at the end of the testing period. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you do not acquire ownership of the products provided for testing, and they must be returned in accordance with any return instructions provided.

5. User Content

You may submit content, including product reviews, feedback, photos, and videos, as part of your participation in Your Experts Opinion’s product testing programs (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Your Experts Opinion and its brand partners a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Service and for marketing purposes. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your User Content or have obtained the necessary permissions to grant us the rights described above.

You agree not to submit any User Content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to display any User Content that we, at our sole discretion, deem to violate these Terms or applicable law.
